NEOFORGEWeldingNext
The right weld, first time, on every joint.
The problem
- Skilled welders are retiring faster than they can be replaced.
- Every new joint, alloy or thickness means qualifying a weld procedure (WPS/PQR) by trial and error.
- Distortion, residual stress and defects show up late, at inspection, when they are most expensive.
Our approach
- Knows metallurgy. The material models we built for metal additive, applied to the weld pool and the heat-affected zone.
- Writes the process. We are building AI that computes the weld procedure and process window per joint and material, before the first arc.
- Runs the factory. Compiled for the robot cell, adapted in-process from sensor data, and proven on our own floor first.
