From CAD to a validated program. First part right.

The problem

  • CNC programming is still hours of expert work per part, held in a few people’s heads.
  • Feeds, speeds and toolpaths are set conservatively, then corrected at the machine.
  • Chatter, tool wear and machining-induced stress scrap expensive parts, above all in titanium and nickel alloys.

Our approach

  • Knows metallurgy. Material models that predict cutting forces, heat and the surface layer each cut leaves behind.
  • Writes the process. We are building AI that plans tools, toolpaths, feeds and speeds per feature, simulated against the machine’s dynamics before the first cut.
  • Runs the factory. Compiled per machine and proven first on the CNC machines in our own factory.
