Complex sheet-metal parts, without waiting for dies.
The problem
- Dedicated dies take months to build and only pay off at high volume.
- Springback means the formed part never quite matches the design; correcting it is manual and iterative.
- High-mix, low-volume programmes in aerospace, defence and energy cannot amortise the tooling.
Our approach
- Knows metallurgy. Material models of how each alloy deforms, hardens and springs back.
- Writes the process. We are building AI that computes the forming path and compensates springback before forming, for die-less incremental forming or reduced tooling.
- Runs the factory. Compiled for the robot or press, corrected from in-process measurement, and proven on our own floor first.
